    I understand the cat in “Inside LLewyn Davis” was a metaphor for Llewyn himself (maybe.) I understand the deer in “The Queen” was a metaphor for her, or a metaphor for the British public idolising her.

    Can you think of other animals as metaphors in Cinema? (The Rabbit in “Donnie Darko” doesn’t count, as its a man in a costume. And the Goat in “the Witch” was a main character, eventually)
