The worst part has to be when they (and maybe this just happened to me but 4 times in a row is a lot) ask for the resume and read it out loud in front of everyone. That and when you can tell who the person liked best. Last one the guy stopped after reading the one person’s resume and said “Father of 5 from Bayside. I’m from Bayside”. A week later no reply from it and I remembered the person from the resumes name and looked him up. He got the job -_-

????omg????why would you do that?????? Ugh, at least you know it’d be a shitty place to work if they’re that big of twats in the interview. :/

I feel like they knew people weren’t going to say anything unfortunately. Just kinda walked my frustration off from 14th to 23rd after.

The group interview I had recently wasn’t too bad; I’ve only been to one before and that one was terrible but that was because they had about 1000 applicants to sought through because they were opening an entirely new supermarket store and wanted like 50 people on top of people they were getting in from other stores, so I suppose it was a good way to sought through that many. That interview was easier to gauge in terms of what placement I got in the group because we had a group of six. I think I would have come 4th. It was shit. I vowed to never go to a group interview again unless it was for something I truly wanted to work. So then these real classy cinemas started hiring. And I had to go. Mind you they informed me it was a group interview after I handed in my resume. Basically there were 20 people there and we did some activities. I feel better about this interview than the last group one I did which was a year ago. Dream job though.
