Eating, watching tv, avoiding people in general this year. Maybe putting up the Christmas tree.

No, but I’m lucky enough to be surrounded by a mix of evergreens that I shine lights on. I don’t have the heart to cut them down.

Great idea. Not purchasing it at all.

For those who have the new Apple and Disney streaming services, what are your first impressions of them? Roster? Price? Interface? Content? Worthy or unworthy?

I love it. I was really disappointed when Filmstruck shut down. Though it doesn’t have quite the same content, it’s still a really valuable service especially if you’re like me and trying to complete the 1001 Movies to See Before You Die list.

Do you have a “type” when it comes to dating?

Iv e thought it over but I have a satellite system that could pick it up anyways.

Yes I have a type. If they speak multiple languages, play a musical instrument and have at least one advanced degree, that’s the guy for me.

No type and haven’t tried out the new streaming services.

If you celebrate, have you put up Christmas lights yet?

Probably summer because I love hot weather. But I also feel lucky I live in an area that has 4 seasons and there’s beauty in all of them

If you were faced with a situation where if you chose 10 individuals to ensure 100% survival of the remaining, or a 50-50 chance that no-one is guaranteed survival if you dont, which of those 2 options would you choose and why?

favorite time of year: may-june and mid-september-october cuz I get to wear whatever I want; least favorite:  christmas cuz I don’t celebrate, all my friends have gone to their hometowns and so have all the dicks

Without a doubt. The prosecution could have handled the case way better but that jury pool wouldn’t have convicted him no matter the evidence and there was a lot of it. They were incredibly favorable to him even before the trial started. The events around that time like the Rodney King trial and the L.A riots helped him tremendously.

I personally think OJ murdered Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman. There was a motive on the part of OJ, overwhelming DNA evidence supports the allegation, and OJ exhibited guilty behaviour shortly after the murders. The facts of the case were not even circumstantial. His shoeprint, his hair and his blood were all found in the crime scene. That is irrefutable evidence of guilt.

The jury verdict was racially motivated (the case was held not too long after the L.A. riots), DNA evidence in the court room was a relatively new development in both science and in the law of evidence (so the jurors were unable to interpret the significance of that type of evidence), and the prosecutors made key mistakes during the trial which provided some doubt for the jurors (I would not describe this doubt as reasonable).

The prosecutor had everything to lose and nothing to gain by compelling OJ to wear the gloves. It is not unfathomable for one’s hands to swell (medication, illness, etc.). And would criminals really go out of their way to make sure everything they wear fits?

Do you have any new year’s resolutions for 2020? If so, describe one.

I usually don’t make them but this year I want to make sure my nonagenarian mother has more mental stimulation, as she’s outlived all of her family of origin and friends, except for me and her step son MD who lives in Japan.

    Same Q

Of course he did. The political atmosphere was in his favour and he Lizzy Borden’ed his way to temporary freedom. The prosecution also made a grave error with that glove thing.
