How to add an avatar?

I’ve been trying my hardest to re upload my avatar with no luck.

I’ve changed the size to over 250 X 250 pixels but anytime I try to load it the system simply won’t do it.

Any suggestions anyone, or is this something that will sort itself out in a few days.

If you sign up for a Gravatar account with the same email you use for GoldDerby, you should be able to upload a picture on there and it will show up here (that’s how I did it). I didn’t have any luck with trying to upload directly onto this site.

The site went through some maintenance and some avatars were lost. Tom said that some would be restored today and that others would have to be uploaded again manually by users. The function is still not working for me though.
