How to be reinstated by the Awardsworthy site after a permanent ban??

Hi, I have a serious question.

Six months ago I was permanently banned without a notice or warning, by the Awardsworthy site for no big reason other than having mistakenly two accounts.
The news shocked me I couldn’t understand why the administrators took such an extreme measure since I never wrote anything racist, sexist, homophobic, or offensive toward other members of the forum, i always followed the rules of the site.

I wrote several emails for months to the forum regarding the situation asking to give me answers and a plea to reinstate me and they NEVER wrote me back or answered to my emails.
So I hereby ask in this forum what to do, how can I directly talk to the administrators of that site, to reason with them, and ask them to reinstate me despite this unfair permanent ban they put on me???

I’m just a film news junkie who after an exhausting day of work, likes to follow these forums, nothing harmful or offensive, so I genuinely ask how can I directly contact the main administrators of that website and plea them to be reinstated in the AW forum??

I can’t, as i said, they don’t allow another one, I tried to sign in again with a different email and from a different computer, but it seems like they are able to track my IP and my location, so they seem to be able to recognize me regardless and not send me the confirmation email with the link.

I don’t know what to do anymore, it’s been like this since December. That’s why I was searching for help and answers here.
