    IMPEACHMENT

” FNC host Howard Kurtz stated that even as someone who is interested in politics, he’s “sick of” the impeachment proceedings.
Kurtz said, “It’s not a debate. It’s so repetitive at this point. … I mean, I can tell you now what Doug Collins is going to say. I can tell you what Nadler is going to say. We know what all these people — they are recycling their own talking points. It has gone on and on and on. … I do this for a living and I’m fascinated by politics and media, and impeachment is a rare thing, probably getting less rare in American politics, and I’m sick of it. So, I can imagine that a lot of the public has simply tuned out of this particularly Beltway political theater.”

    Boring

Finally, after three and a half long, painful years of dithering and complete failure to enact the will of the British people expressed in the historic Referendum of June 2016 where they voted to LEAVE the European Union, Boris has won, and won big.
“Get Brexit Done” was the Conservative leader’s campaign slogan and the public in many ways just wanted it put behind them so they could move on.

His Conservative Party took 50 per cent of the electoral vote gaining 51 seats in parliamentary elections, today. This is a sizeable majority of 86, the largest Conservative victory since Margaret Thatcher.

    The exit polls show:
    Conservative 368
    Labour 191
    Scottish Nationalist 55
    Liberal Democrat 13
    Others 23

All this means Prime Minister Boris Johnson and the Conservatives can now enact the long-awaited Exit.
Boris, like the English St. George, has slain the dragon (EU) .

It’s gone 4.a.m in the UK, and the outcome of the election is clear — Boris Johnson will secure a majority in the next few hours. Only the size of the majority is still up in the air.
Here are the headlines in the middle of the night.
Boris Johnson has hailed a “historic” election, as projections put his party on track for its best result since 1987.
It means he should be able to pass his Brexit deal through Parliament with ease, and gives him significant power in Westminster.
Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has said he won’t lead the party into the next election after suffering significant losses across the north of England.

Now the word is from the Trump White House that they want to drag out the impeachment hearings in the US Senate.
Make Democrats OWN this attempted coup.

    Good plan.

Ed Henry: They think inside the White House the case is falling apart. So, Nancy Pelosi and Jerry Nadler are trying to rush this through so they can pivot back to jobs or whatever issue they’re going to try to talk about. When the president and some of his advisors are saying in private, “Wait a second. Let’s let them own this thing.” So if it gets to the senate why rush it through?… The president and some of his advisors are saying no, let’s call some witnesses and drag this thing out. Make Democrats own it, number one. And, number two, get a full acquittal and not just a motion to dismiss which might be just a small potato. Go for the full acquittal.
