Lol, flashback to last year, when they tied Glenn and Gaga for Best Actress and ignoring Olivia Colman, who was acutal critic’s pick, only for their prediction to backfire, when Olivia won the Oscar.

I mean this year at least they will award 2 critical favourites, so it isn’t as bad as McDormand/Oldman/Janney/Rockwell year.

They took care of Colman in the comedy category last year. Surprised they got rid of it, one less chance to guess correctly. Maybe the shortened season will make them less sheep-like?

Will they move these awards back on the calendar next year to take place during Oscar nominations voting?

I am expecting different winners tonight, less rubber-stamping. I am hoping that better winners will be announced by this group than 3 of the awful GG winners from last weekend. (but there were 3 excellent performances and 2 amazing films that won – 1917 and Parasite, so it was a draw with the GG’s this year!).

I have it at my 2nd place. 1st is Knives Out because that is the number one odds and I can see that pretty much happening. But I don’t rule out Parasite so I put it at 2nd.

There’s no prediction here for the CC awards I see.

Yeah why is the prediction center being closed more than 24 hours before the ceremony? I wanted to make some last minute changes beforehand after not touching it for a while but oh well I guess I’ll just ignore my predictions :/

Well I thought Joaquin was not going to be able to attend when he got arrested but he has been released so he should be there.
