I always tell myself not to change my predictions and then make a slew of last-minute updates.

I bat about .500 so it is a wash.

    How do you do?

I suck making predictions whether I stick with my initial picks or switch it up at the last minute. But, I have fun with it.

Last year I properly messed up with my last minute predictions. I changed Ali and King to Grant and Weisz the day before the oscars. I did however predict Colman’s win from the start

Gabarnes43 – impressive! How did you know? Did you have The Favourite doing well overall?

Nope! Thats why I am not touching them and focusing on the shorts. I’m pretty certain I am gonna get 5th spot in director wrong but am going down with the Farewell ship. There are enough arguments against Gerwig that it is legitimately up in the air. It could even be the safdes lol

Two years ago I switched James Franco for Denzel Washington mere hours before the predictions centre was locked and obviously I didn’t regret it.

In the run up to nomination day last year I was going back and forth with Chalamet in Beautiful Boy. I finally settled on his snub and got 5/5 in that category.
