Late Night doesn’t have the reviews to back up a sole screenplay nom.

The Good Liar, starring Helen Mirren and Ian McKellen, has a trailer arriving in the next week and will be attached to Yesterday.

    That is the truth.

    No exceptions.

I doubt she can get anywhere near an Oscar nod. I think Screenplay is a larger possibility at the Oscars, though still unlikely. Thompson will probably get a Globe nom and that’ll be it for the film

The trailer for The Kitchen looks astonishing and it makes me so angry on behalf of Widows all over again

This deserves to be upvoted 1000 times.

Oscar FYC - Lupita Nyong'o & Elisabeth Moss ("Us") - Best Actress & Supporting Actress. It must happen; otherwise the Tethered are coming.

Toy Story 4 is getting quite glowing reviews. Yes, it has 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, but what is more fascinating to me is the content of the reviews. Many reviewers are calling the new film daring, new, and exciting. While many are acknowledging that the sequel may have felt unnecessary, a lot of them are still insisting that it lives up to the gold standard of the franchise. Could we see Pixar’s return to Best Picture nomination? I definitely think there’s a strong possibility if the public gets behind it as much as I think they will with these reviews! Can’t wait to see!

Regardless of whether or not it will make the lineup, it definitely should not.

Toy Story 4 is not getting a best picture nomination

In addition to best animated film, I think it will get a best adapted screenplay nomination. But a best picture nomination is out if the question.

    Nobody, please. 🙂

LMFAO…… Why shouldn’t I Stan a deserving contender? I don’t know who they Stan yet but my guts are torn between Erivo, Woodard, Theron and Egerton.

    I’ll be back… Lol

Why are people predicting Noah Baumbach’s upcoming film? His only nomination is for The Squid and the Whale’s screenplay, beside that he’s never really been on the Oscar’s radar. Don’t get me wrong, I love his films (Frances Ha is great) but I don’t see why this one will suddenly make a big splash when his others haven’t.

The movie has great internal industry buzz. thats why.

Not only is Toy Story 4 an animated movie, it is a sequel to a film that was nominated for Best Picture. I feel like even Endgame has a better chance of getting into Best Picture
