Are you rethinking your predictions after that “Parasite” upset at the ACE Eddie Awards?

They have started with the first 3 awards: Sesame Street for Children’s Program; Muhammed Ali for Sports Program; and Comedians in Cars Drinking Coffee for Best Short Form Program… I am sure the movie awards will be at the end of a long evening!

I’m hoping that it’s not Hollywood, not just because I want Parasite to win but because I think the Best Picture race would be quite boring if Hollywood were to win again here. Give me some chaoosss.

Call me “mad”, “delusional” or an “agent of chaos”, but I think JOJO RABBIT might get a surprise win.

Personally, I want PARASITE to win!

Just gonna hope Joker wins. I haven’t stopped thinking about that movie since I first saw it in October. I doubt it will though :/

I was predicting Jojo Rabbit to win for a while but the Globes killed it’s chances. Both of those films are Top 3 of the year for me though, so I’d love to see one of them win.

    Academy-Award winners:

Parasite: Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Original Screenplay

Joker: Best Actor - Joaquin Phoenix

    Jojo Rabbit: Best Adapted Screenplay

Ted Sarandos getting a Milestone award at the PGAs is ironic because these producers will never vote for a Netflix film to win.

Apollo 11 just won for Documentary Feature! Just like last year’s winner (Won’t You Be My Neighbor?) it is not nominated for the Oscar.

Wow the last three PGA winners for Best Documentary including tonight’s winner Apollo 11 have been snubbed at the Oscars. What is going on with that category?
