I doubt it will, but I really hope ‘Identical’ from On the Rocks gets a nomination. It’s such a good song and my favorite of the year (with ‘Hear my Voice’ from Trial of the Chicago 7 a close second).

She has two songs in the race?

Good for her (no pun intended)December 30, 2020 at 1:07 pm #1203953594Speak Now, Fight for You and Hear My Voice are definitely three of the most cliché Oscar nominee song titles ever. It would be so funny if all three were nominated.

January 4, 2021 at 10:34 pm #1203963028“Loyal Brave True” just went top ten on Adult Contemporary Radio this week, it’s Aguilera’s first top ten in this format since “Say Something” in late 2013.
Think Disney will put all of their eggs in the Onward/Brandi basket wouldn’t be shocked if LBT starts showing at more critics and guild groups.

I will agree it’s not a very original number, but I still thought it’s great.
Granted, I’m hopelessly in love with Leslie Odom Jr, so there could be a level of bias going on here.
