Lo Si can go on to win Oscars.

Speak Now losing to Lo Si is the best thing I’ve heard today on GG besides Kaluuya win (within expectation.)  I heard all 5 songs last month and Lo Si is easily the most memorable and best one ,while our frontrunner, Speak Now, is such a bland song with basic production not I can’t even remember the chorus even after listening to it many times.

This is not “rewarding Warren.” It wins because other song nominees are too weak. Also, Leslie Odom Jr. is not Gaga or Elton John.

Now that lo si won the Globe it feels very safe to win the Oscar. I never expected the Globes to vote for a foreign language song over one sung by Leslie Odom Jr but here we are. Diane Warren is finally getting her golden statue after all these years.

lol i added that Warren song to my oscar predictions as a win yesterday. Could still get snubbed as many previous winners have in the past, but feel like this is the awards season where people are just like lets get these unawarded folks their oscars.

Sorry, imo “Husavik” is such a basic song, both songwriting and production. It’s like something from “The Greatest Showman.” Did “This is me” get nominated? I don’t remember…
