Aside from the 4 locks, Lightyear would be my choice for #5 from this list.
I personally find Lightyear okay despite all the hate it got.

Just watched Puss in Boots 2. I already knew the reactions are overall positive but it’s still better than my expectation. Bravo!

Pinocchio might have the best visuals and techs, but Puss in Boots has the best screenplay out of all animated films this year.

So it’s not just the Oscars who are biased towards western animation.
