So, Margot is coming…
They posted that tweet on the day of her birthday. Stop reaching.
July 5, 2022 at 4:41 am #1205003860Are you not obsessed with margot robbie?
Hmm nope! Lol she’s not even one of my favorite actresses, that would be between Viola Davis and Adèle Haenel if you’re curious. What I am saying is that Margot Robbie (who is a really good actress and is experiencing a career boost this particular year) has what it takes to win. Then, if Michelle, Viola, Cate, Naomi or even Carey ends up winning kudos to them! You guys just need to chill, it’s okay liking one person (I like Michelle Yeoh too) but it’s not a good reason for dragging someone whose performance you still have to watch.

4. Michelle Yeoh, Everything Everywhere All at Once

July 5, 2022 at 7:40 am #1205003973The teaser trailer aired during the BET Awards wasn’t so promising… hardly an exclusive first look in any event, VF.

Truth. Sony’s best actress priority this season is quite clearly Naomi Ackie.

July 5, 2022 at 9:40 am #1205004032Yeah at this point just hoping for a fun action film with her slaying per usual. I didn’t think this was going to be a big awards player for her anyways.

July 5, 2022 at 9:53 am #1205004040Has anyone understood whether Laura Dern is co-lead or supporting in The Son?
July 5, 2022 at 10:17 am #1205004049This is Margot vs Michelle, everyone else is just happy to be invited to the party.
Colman and Blanchett look good for a nod but Margot fits the “young star” kind of winner and Yeoh is having the best reviews of her career. Even when some wouldn’t consider her Oscar worthy, Michelle has a lot of momentum and passion for her.
