So many great reviews and reactions from Bones and All but of course Academy won’t touch in this film, they’re so boring and predictable to do it.
September 29, 2022 at 5:45 am #1205102018I wouldn’t look much into Netflix’s FYC site. They’re still updating and yesterday they had tons of mistakes on it.

https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js UK critics appear to really be taking warmly to the movie. A good sign for BAFTA?
And I’m going to say it again, Viola Davis is coming for that nomination! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
September 29, 2022 at 7:30 am #1205102081Does anyone know if the LFF Q&As conducted in connection with LFF film galas and/or premieres are going to be available to watch online anywhere? (The NYFF Q&As conducted in connection with initial festival screenings are often made available on the “Film at Lincoln Center” You Tube Channel— is there anyplace one can watch LFF Q&As?)
ThanksSeptember 29, 2022 at 12:14 pm #1205102416This still has shot I guess

The LFF screen talks are usually uploaded on the BFI‘s YouTube channel (last year’s for example are collated in the “LFF 2021 – At the Festival” playlist) a month or two after the festival. The Q&As conducted in conjunction with the galas also usually find their way on there too although some of last year’s are missing for some reason.
FYC: Better Call Saul, The English and The Good Fight in all categories including Emily Blunt, Bob Odenkirk, Christine Baranski and Rhea Seehorn.

Predictable.
September 30, 2022 at 4:01 am #1205103002If you still don’t have Decision To Leave in your predictions, you need to get that 100/1.

September 30, 2022 at 11:58 am #1205103408#WhiteNoise is Baumbach’s first-ever adaptation which is his most ambitious directorial effort yet. It’s a cynical film depicting how humanity deals w/the thought of death making it feel like both a cautionary & redemption tale. The Gladney fam will have you laughing! #NYFF60 pic.twitter.com/K33cqTGtvb

September 30, 2022 at 11:59 am #1205103410Adored Noah Baumbach’s thrilling, goofy, and genre-juggling epic WHITE NOISE. Transforming the fear of death into a darkly funny familial exploration. Never seen Baumbach so visceral and unleashed. Incredible score, dazzling visual style, and a never-better Adam Driver. #NYFF pic.twitter.com/fGZXuX5nqr

September 30, 2022 at 11:59 am #1205103413WHITE NOISE: IDK why this didn’t get more hype out of Venice. This movie is a bop! Love the witty banter, the kids are so freaking funny, give it the Production Design Oscar now, and the end credits sequence just might be my favorite EVER MADE. #NYFF60 pic.twitter.com/jqTkzXR3oN

September 30, 2022 at 11:59 am #1205103415I loved WHITE NOISE — a novel I mostly liked — for Baumbach's commitment to the source material and his ease in cutting dialogue, cutting scenes, and still making something coherent. Driver, Gerwig (and her hair) and Cheadle all throw heat. And it's morbidly hilarious #NYFF60 pic.twitter.com/paR3D3N2MM
