Well gee, I wonder what’s taking them so long with this one. It’s been nearly 2 hours already.
Usually it takes half an hour once a performer has been removed from the category they were previously in so I’d probably wait to see when he gets removed from the actor odds and then time it from there.
FYC: Better Call Saul and The Good Fight in all categories including Bob Odenkirk, Christine Baranski and Rhea Seehorn.September 22, 2022 at 2:22 pm #1205094960
Happy for Brendan cause he is a force in the movie, and even of he’s co-lead, the story is told by Colin’s eyes and Brendan’s POV is almost impenetrable.
I wouldn’t know about a win because of the very dark humour and characters, but he would be so deserving.
Jodie Comer supremacy

Ke Huy Quan really is giving me Troy Kotsur vibes. The academy loves this narrative and performance. I really believe he got it.September 23, 2022 at 6:25 am #1205095653
Man, why these changes always happen when I’m sleeping. There was no Gleeson in Supporting yesterday when it was announced he would be placed there. Now he’s already at 42/1September 23, 2022 at 2:47 pm #1205096233
Quan finally has some competition. Gleeson is so overdue for a nomination (I honestly think he should have been nominated for The Guard).
I dropped Dano to make room for the Irish actor.
I still think he can make it, but I don’t want to drop a 100/1 Brian Tyree Henry.
Right now I am predicting:
5- BTHSeptember 23, 2022 at 3:12 pm #1205096293
My current guesses:
Paul Dano, The Fabelmans
Brendan Gleeson, The Banshees of Inisherin
Judd Hirsch, The Fabelmans
Ke Huy Quan, Everything Everywhere All At Once
Ben Whishaw, Women Talking
Hirsch is the only one who has an Oscar nomination – 42 years ago!September 23, 2022 at 7:27 pm #1205096564
