Personally, I prefer “Pray for Me” over “All The Stars”, but whichever Disney chooses to promote, it will get the nod.
This is my list, with what we know so far.

“All The Stars”, from Black Panther – Kendrick Lamar Duckworth, Solana Rowe, Al Shuckburgh, Mark Spears & Anthony Tiffith
“Ashes”, from Deadpool 2 – Petey Martin, Jordan Smith & Tedd Tjornhom
“Revelation”, from Boy Erased – Jón Þór Birgisson & Troye Sivan Mellet
“The Shallow”, from A Star Is Born – Bradley Cooper, Mark Ronson, Anthony Rossomando & Andrew Wyatt
TBD, from Mary Poppins Returns – TBA

Would ASIB team really submit two? It’s not like it’s going to be that easy race for them. I don’t like Troye Sivan’s music, but Boy Erased surely seems like it’s going to be a BIG movie this year. And “Revelation” sounds pretty good from the trailer. If ASIB submits two it may split the vote no? (unless they vote in the same way as Best Picture?)

Sorry but Boy Erased is not going to be the “BIG movie this year” if anything word of mouth suggests that it’ll be A Star is Born.

Boy Erased is getting mixed reviews out of the festival circuit so I’m not expecting critics outside of the award junket to overly praise it. I do agree that submitting two songs from ASIB intuitively doesn’t sound good. But, if the field is thin i’m sure Warner Bros is not going to let the opportunity slide to gain another easy oscar nom

I think A Star Is Born will score 2 nominations. It’s a movie musical and it sounds like they’ve written a lot of great material for this film. A lot of great songwriters contributed including Diane Warren, Mark Ronson, Jason Isbell, Hillary Lindsey, Justin Tranter & Julia Michaels… just to name a few.

“Shallow” seems to be the standout so far. I don’t think it’s chances will be hurt if they submit a second song. Having not seen the film yet, IDK what that would be… although, that other song in the trailer performed by Bradley Cooper “Maybe It’s Time” sounded good.

2 A Star Is Born entries would just be dumb. There’s no need, and it’s not like the movie is as big or acclaimed as La La Land (plus, La La Land was probably a more appealing subject than a remake movie). Gaga needs to pick one, preferably one that Diane Warren didn’t write, just to be sure the song wins.

Y’all are understimating Kendrick Lamar. All The Stars is arguably the biggest song eligible (maybe 2nd behind Love Lies), and Kendrick is a massive artist both critically and commercially. I could see him winning over Gaga if she decides to submit 2 songs and split votes.

I love Troye Sivan, but I don’t think he’ll win, unless they decide to snub Black Panther here and Gaga has more than 1 entry.

Why would it be dumb for a movie musical to submit two contenders for Oscar consideration? It would be dumb not to. Movie musicals tend to get multiple nominations in the Original Song category. Examples: La La Land, The Princess & The Frog, Enchanted, Dreamgirls, The Lion King, The Bodyguard, etc.

If the Academy really takes to the movie… as reviewers and critics at festivals have been… they might want to really honor the music, which is one of the main components of this film. Especially considering that it’s two stars and director contributed to writing their characters’ songs.

Also, not sure how you can compare La La Land’s success to that of A Star is Born when the later hasn’t even been released yet. It has yet to be seen which movie will be “bigger” or more “acclaimed.”

As for Kendrick Lamar, I feel like he has a solid shot at scoring a nomination for “All The Stars.” He and the song’s chances are hurt however by the fact that the song does not play a significant role within the context of the film… it just plays during the end credits. Oscar voters in this category prefer songs that exist within the story of their films. Because of this, I think the song will score a nomination, but not the win.

I love ASHES and the ACADEMY loves Celine OST songs, but I think Mary Poppins songs will be everywhere during the holidays.

Is Love Lies even going to be eligible? I love the song, but it’s barely in the movie.

Examples: La La Land, The Princess & The Frog, Enchanted, Dreamgirls, The Lion King, The Bodyguard, etc.

Enchanted had 3 songs nominated and lost. The Princess & The Frog had 2 and lost. Dreamgirls had 3 and lost. Cold Mountain had 2 and lost. And some of these were written by Alan Menken, aka the most awarded person ever in this category. Movies with multiple songs here tend to lose recently. La La Land was an exception, but that movie was the most nominated of the night and one of the biggest winners; I love Gaga, but I doubt ASIB gets more than 6 noms. If Gaga wants to win, she’ll submit the Shallows, which was written by Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt (two high-profile producers), and herself. If she lost to Sam Smith of all people, she could certainly lose to Kendrick Lamar. Better safe than sorry.

“Sam Smith of all people”… You seem to be belitteling Sam Smith.  I’m sorry but Sam Smith is always way more likely to win a GF Grammy or an Oscar than Kendrick Lamar, just because he has that General Public Appeal like Adele does. Mind you that his win came after The Lonely Hour, an album that almost sweeped at the Grammy’s, upstaging even Ed Sheeran and other strong contenders. And Gaga’s submitted song was a song from a documentary that probably most of the voters didn’t even watch.

Gaga was robbed that year. There’s no “they didn’t see the movie” excuse in the song category, you can look up all the nominated songs on youtube in half an hour.

I mean let’s face it, Hollywood is filled with sexual predators. And many of them are most certainly Oscars voters. Would you imagine someone like Harvey Weinstein voting for a song about Sexual Assault lol?… I mean recently even the leader of #MeToo was accused of sexual assault herself… It’s such a touchy topic in Hollywood.
