It has a 52 on metacritic so far.

Theron is being well-reviewed so far.

With this as well as DARK PLACES it could be a big year for her.

Is the first time we’ve seen a live-action Seth MacFarlane performance? I can’t think of another one.

Doesn’t look as funny as Ted, also I think it looks like a rip-off of Blazing Saddles. But who knows, it could surprise.

He had a cameo appearance in the Dwayne Johnson family film, Tooth Fairy.

MacFarlane’s getting the worst reviews for his performance. Almost every review I’ve read so far says he’s amateurish and that his line delivery just feels out of place. He should’ve cast someone else as the lead (and I suspected as much since I myself found him to be the worst part of the trailers).

Damn I was hoping for this to do well. The trailer was absolutely hilarious.

    The trailer was absolutely hilarious.

Actually, the trailer was absolutely wretched, and not hilarious at all. In fact, it looked absolutely stupid, but perhaps that is the film’s target audience.

Don’t know about Dark Places but playing second fiddle to Seth MacFarlane is not an auspicious start to a “big year.”

Anyone who has watched even a few episodes of Family Guy or American Dad knows what a sexist twit MacFarlane is, always disparaging famous women for not meeting his critical standards of beauty and sexual attractiveness.

Did Charlize Theron not realize that MacFarlane was singing about her when he sang “We Saw Your Boobs” to a worldwide Oscar audience?

To explain such rampant and overblown (yet perhaps typical Hollywood) misogyny, I suspect some poor female must have once laughed at MacFarlane’s dick size.

I have always admired Charlize Theron’s brave and wrenching performance in Monster, but this makes me lose all respect for her.

The way he uses Mila Kunis name as a joke reminds me of Mariska Hargitays name being used as a joke in The Love Guru. I also am surprised they revealed the Back to the Future gag!

Ugh. People like you. If you didn’t like the trailer that’s fine, but you don’t have to belittle those who liked it.

Something like 90% of all Seth MacFarlane “comedy” consists of belittling other people. As such, you should have found my post “absolutely hilarious.”

And what does any of that have to do with my liking towards its trailer? And yes I found your response absofvckinglutely pathetic.

Disappointed to see it getting bad reviews. I was shocked at how good Ted was and was hoping Seth MacFarlane was on his A-game again.
