Which actors and actresses have the best voices? Also, who do you think could do well with a voice-over role.
Here are mine:
I love females with deep/darker voices. There is something so sexy about it.

There’s something very potent about great British stage/film actors like Laurence Olivier, John Gielgud, Alec Guinness, Maggie Smith, Judi Dench, Vanessa Redgrave, Alan Rickman, etc.July 7, 2020 at 12:39 pm #1203572430
I’m strangely obsessed with Carey Mulligan’s voice lol.July 7, 2020 at 1:02 pm #1203572458

"The Good Fight", "The Other Two" and "Station Eleven" in all categories, Sarah Lancashire ("Julia"), William Jackson Harper ("Love Life") and Luke Kirby ("The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel")July 7, 2020 at 2:24 pm #1203572634
I would definitely make it a ringtone too!
I may hate the politics of the character who made it a ringtone on the show but I agree with the character’s idea and yours!

Viola Davis Mahershala Ali Emilia Clarke Tessa Thompson Christine Baranski Sterling K. Brown
I agree the other choices have memorable voices, but I don’t think Thompson applies to this at all.
With the mention of Clarke, I’d say Game of Thrones is home to quite a few memorable voices, including Peter Dinklage (quite a low voice for a dwarf), Kit Harington, Sean Bean, Charles Dance, Sophie Turner, Gwendoline Christie, Iwan Rheon, Michelle Fairley, David Bradley, Michael McElhatton, and definitely a few others. Honestly, I’d say all the people I mentioned have more distinct voices than Clarke.
As for the previously mentioned Jones and Irons, the last time I watched Lion King, I remember thinking to myself during the first scene where Irons talked “man he’s got a deep voice”. And then Jones’ basso profundo showed up.
Also, he’s far more famous for his work in theatre than movies or TV, but Patrick Page has a wonderfully low, rich voice, one that’s well equipped for singing.July 7, 2020 at 2:46 pm #1203572740
Tom Hiddleston, and most other British persons.
A bit niche, but also Brandon Potter.
