Which actors and actresses have the best voices? Also, who do you think could do well with a voice-over role.
    Here are mine:

    Female:
    -Scarlett Johansson
    -Lauren Bacall
    -Kathleen Turner
    -Shohreh Aghdashloo
I love females with deep/darker voices. There is something so sexy about it.

    Males:
    -Morgan Freeman
    -Marlon Brando
    -James Earl Jones
    -Jeremy Iron

There’s something very potent about great British stage/film actors like Laurence Olivier, John Gielgud, Alec Guinness, Maggie Smith, Judi Dench, Vanessa Redgrave, Alan Rickman, etc.

I may hate the politics of the character who made it a ringtone on the show but I agree with the character’s idea and yours!

Viola Davis Mahershala Ali Emilia Clarke Tessa Thompson Christine Baranski Sterling K. Brown

I agree the other choices have memorable voices, but I don’t think Thompson applies to this at all.

With the mention of Clarke, I’d say Game of Thrones is home to quite a few memorable voices, including Peter Dinklage (quite a low voice for a dwarf), Kit Harington, Sean Bean, Charles Dance, Sophie Turner, Gwendoline Christie, Iwan Rheon, Michelle Fairley, David Bradley, Michael McElhatton, and definitely a few others. Honestly, I’d say all the people I mentioned have more distinct voices than Clarke.

As for the previously mentioned Jones and Irons, the last time I watched Lion King, I remember thinking to myself during the first scene where Irons talked “man he’s got a deep voice”. And then Jones’ basso profundo showed up.

Also, he’s far more famous for his work in theatre than movies or TV, but Patrick Page has a wonderfully low, rich voice, one that’s well equipped for singing.

Tom Hiddleston, and most other British persons.

A bit niche, but also Brandon Potter.
