Who are some actresses who weren’t nominated for Oscars but should have been nominated and/or won? My top three are: Mia Farrow (Rosemary’s Baby), Adèle Exarchopoulos (Blue is the Warmest Color), and Cho Yeo-Jeong (Parasite).
