A holocaust film.September 3, 2017 at 7:02 pm #1202202942
Well, I didn’t even get she was the one on your avatar till now.
I partly agree with M. I think they like and respect her for keeping Holywood alive and will continue to cast and nominate her when possible, but there won’t be many people that lose their sleep over her being Oscar-less. She has yet to stun everybody with an unforgettable performace that is identified with her and she’s sadly past the hot and young era of her life that’s been enough for some to win theirs.
Supporting- most likely. Lead-if the right, The Artist type of vibrant and crowdpleasing project comes her way.September 3, 2017 at 7:19 pm #1202202949
Biopic. I think she would make a great Sarah Palin.September 3, 2017 at 8:31 pm #1202202978
Hopefully she is able to do the Janis Joplin movie. That’s the ticket. Otherwise, she is going to win for that a random film no one has seen just to award her like Moore.September 4, 2017 at 2:56 am #1202203205
Biopic. I think she would make a great Sarah Palin.
Julianne Moore already did that and has a slew of awards for it. Don’t think they’ll be doing another one unless Palin does more politically which doesn’t seem likely.
I know that. It was television and many years ago. A film treatment could be very topical and relevant for current audiences.September 4, 2017 at 3:50 am #1202203223
@atypical Julianne Moore was an overrated Palin and wasn’t even as good as the underrated Woody Harrelson in her movie. The only remotely believable Palin has been and will always be Tina Fey, who richly deserved HER Emmy for Guest Actress in 2009 for parodying the crazy failed VP candidate.September 4, 2017 at 3:58 am #1202203229
A holocaust film.
A Holocaust film where Amy Adams also plays a mentally challenged Transgender person who wants to get into show business in America so that he can win an Oscar and thank all the “Bootiful (mispronounces to be cute) Hollywood people!” That also claims to be “based on a true story” even though it is total bullshit. Adams’ character also will have a sassy black sidekick who always gives her emotional support when needed, and conveniently has whatever he needs when he needs it most, the definitive “magical negro.”
The movie will be called “Sunshine Sammi” and the tagline will be “A true story of the Holocaust, Hollywood, black people as servants, a cis actor “bravely” playing a trans person, GIVE AMY ADAMS AN OSCAR ALREADY WHAT MORE DO YOU F**KING ASSHOLES WANT FROM HER?!!?!?!” Oh, and just to be on the safe side, her cute caricature Sammi will eat raw bison liver at one point in the movie, because it sure helped Leonardo DiCaprio to finally win his! 😉September 4, 2017 at 9:40 am #1202203408

Again, television. This isn’t about ranking the portrayals of past Sarah Palins, but assessing possible film vehicles for Amy Adams, for which this is perfectly viable.September 4, 2017 at 9:44 am #1202203414
Around 2035, a remake of The Trip to Bountiful.September 6, 2017 at 11:26 am #1202205389
A biopic role that requires an accent, terminal illness, and nude scene.
