Well… we all thought that every year since then and.. you know

Well… we all thought that every year since then and.. you know

Every year we have a clear and strong second or even third place.
There’s no strong second place here with Nomadland winning everything that’s possible to win

For Your Emmy Consideration:
Matthew Rhys for "Perry Mason" | Ethan Hawke for "The Good Lord Bird", THE GOOD LORD BIRD in ALL CATEGORIES | Elizabeth Olsen and Kathryn Hahn for "Wandavision" | Tobias Menzies for "The Crown" | MJ Rodriguez for "Pose" | Jane Levy for "Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist"

The shorts are gonna ruin so many otherwise perfect predictions this year.

Watch them all with your grandparents and ask them what they liked the most. There you have the winners

Promising Young Woman is easily second at the Oscars at this point but underestimate The Father at your peril! Nothing is beating Nomadland but I am starting to think that The Father is now top 3.

They’re the default top 3 imo, because they’re the likeliest winners of Director and Screenplay, and you need one those to win in my book. Mank, Judas and Minari are winning 1, Chicago’s going home empty-handed and Sound of Metal’s 2 aren’t prominent enough as Picture indicators.

I got 2/3 right. I predicted Bakray to win both Actress and Rising Star.

Frances just matched her Oscars wins. Now she has 3 BAFTA’s and 3 Oscars (will win as a producer). Should’ve seen that coming. I switched to Vanessa as a hope diction.

I know. But if anything weird happens I want the credit for calling it first lol

McDormand gave my favourite performance in that category and totally deserves this.

This Alfre Woodard erasure.

Frances winning here is incredible and really shows Mulligan was not locked for the BAFTA under the previous system.

Not seeing the A to B here.

I really really think Carey would’ve won BAFTA under the old system.

I’m still kind of upset that the Leading Actor/Actress winners leaked on the previous thread right before they were announced. Took the fun out of watching those categories for me

so who got the actress, supporting actress and rising star all right lol

I got 2/3. Had Kirby for Actress.

Me switching from Bukky Bakray to Sope Dirisu at the last minute after having the former in there since the predictions centre opened:

At least I had her second and not third like Michael Ward last year.

FYC Emmys: "The Crown" in all categories, "I May Destroy You" in all categories, "It's a Sin" in all categories, "Small Axe" in all categories, Billie Piper ("I Hate Suzie"), Yvonne Strahovski ("Stateless") and Ruth Wilson ("His Dark Materials")
