    In addition to Lady Bird Laurie Metcalf has two other great film performances that I think get overlooked.

    She is so funny in “Desperatly Seeking Susan” as the uptight jealous sister in law of Rosanna Arquette.

    and

    in Scream 2 she just rocks that film. Her final sequence which I won’t give away is just perfection.
