I’m happy that other people have said Hungry Hearts for Adam Driver. Reviews that said that his performance in MS was his career-best… I just don’t agree, HH was phenomenal. I honestly wonder if many who say that haven’t seen HH. (Obviously, could just be a matter of opinion, but man….) I still say the scene in the doctor’s office is his single best bit of acting period.

    Well…. lol

Banderas- who knows?!?!? I’ll just say Shrek 2 because I really don’t know
DiCaprio- What’s Eating Gilbert Grape and The Revenant
    Driver- Marriage Story
    Phoenix- Joker
Pryce- so underwhelmed by Popes. For now, I’ll just say Brothers Grimm

    Erivo- Widows
    Johansson- Marriage Story
    Ronan- Atonement
    Theron- Mad Max Fury Road
Zellweger- who knows?!?!?!?! I’ll just say Cold Mountain

    Hanks- Forrest Gump
    Hopkins- Silence of the Lambs
Pacino- I also am not sure so just gonna put The Devil’s Advocate. Lmfao.oh ooooh… maybe The Godfather
    Pesci- Goodfellas for sure
    Pitt- 12 Monkeys

    Bates- Misery
    Dern- Big Little Lies lol
    Pugh- Midsommar
    Robbie- Suicide Squad

    1. Haven’t watched some of these at their best.
    2. Oscars got it right more often than I realized.

I just love movies. And awards.

It’s Paterson for me. So understated but so, so good. I just love that movie.

Idk that I feel qualified to answer this. But Zellweger’s is Judy. Y’all are sleeping on the talent.
