Was watching a documentary on the Suffragettes and I can’t help but think how much Octavia Spencer would slay as Ida B. Wells

    Maxine Powell –
She was the woman that taught the Motown artist about being classy in public. Even when the artists had #1 songs, they would still have to show up to her classes.

I can see a film in the style of The Prime of Miss Jean Brody.

Idk why this just hit me but Barbara Hutton looks so much like Drew Barrymore.

    Karen Mulder’s Story
90’s Versace and Victoria’s Secret Supermodel

Karen Mulder was one of the most successful Supermodels of the 1990’s. She was a big name for Versace, Armani, and Chanel. Later, she would become one of the first Victoria’s Secret Angels and grace many covers of Elle Magazine and Vogue. All of that came crashing when her mental health start to get the best out of her. On a live television show, she accused her father of hypnotizing and sexually abusing her.

    From wikipedia
“Within hours of the interview, her sister Saskia arrived and took her to Villa Montsouris, a psychiatric hospital specializing in such disorders as depression, anxiety, and delirium, where she stayed for five months”

Mulder had dreams and hopes of becoming an actress and a successful recording artist. Her story did not end as a tragedy. She would later marry and become a mother.

Starring: Julia Garner as Karen Mulder

I would love a biopic about the friendship of Humpfrey Bogart & Lauren Bacall with Katharine Hepburn and Robert Morley that started in the making of “The African Queen”

Well John’s the one who would look really bad in such a film. For all his talk of peace and love, the man could really be a shithead.

Anyway, I feel like if someone really wants to tell The Beatles’ story, they’d have to do it as a miniseries, as a film would likely not be able to give all of them enough focus, and they’re all far too famous for even one of them to be made into a minor role.

Absolutely, The Beatles story is so wide and epic, that I feel a miniseries would do them more justice.

OH FOR SURE John too but he is dead and his family won’t care if he would be portrayed negatively since it’s common knowledge. but McCartney was in the midst of business disagreements with his bandmates when he announced his departure from the group in 10 April 1970 that were just plain greedy on his part and he was making moves way before the others to do a solo career. Then when he confirmed he was leaving the band when the others didnt’t it came across as a “look at me” kinda moment cuz he had a solo album ready to go and coming out
