How this small handsome guy became the most decorated War hero of his time. Then later he becomes a very successful actor. Acting did not solve his problems, as he suffered from PTSD and a bad drinking problem that led to his divorce.Vanessa Williams-

Growing up as a rebel due to strict parenting. Never felt love from her father. She would enter beauty pageants to pay for college. This led to her becoming the first black woman to win Miss America. Afterwards she would receive death threats and hate from both blacks and whites and her title was stripped when her nudes were posted in a magazine. She would make her comeback a few years later, becoming a successful singer and actress.January 2, 2019 at 6:29 am #1202716259This post was found to be inappropriate by the moderators and has been removed.January 2, 2019 at 6:52 am #1202716281Mark Hamill: Played by Sebeastian Stan

You beat me to it. I was going to pitch her and James Wong Howe, the innovative cinematographer (and second Asian Oscar winner, first Asian winner for an English language film).
For Anna May Wong I can see them condensing her early and later life and concentrating on the 1930’s and her struggle to be cast as O-Lan.
For James Wong Howe, his early innovations would make for fascinating viewing, culminating in his 1955 Oscar win.

Madonna is another one. Margot Robbie has to play her! It would be funny/ironic if Robbie wins an Oscar for playing Madonna when the Academy could never be bothered to give her an Oscar for Best Original Song or nominate her in Best Actress.

ReplyCopy URLJanuary 2, 2019 at 8:56 am #1202716393Annemarie Schwarzenbach. If you Google her you’ll see how much Cate Blanchett bears a resemblance. Annemarie’s life had all the elements of a movie-worthy story: lesbian, androgynous, traveler/wanderer, etc.
Greta Garbo. There’s never been a biopic made on her. She was a big star in the 1920s and 1930s and then she went into a life of reclusion until she died in old age. I don’t know who could play her though, as she was considered a great beauty in her day.-
