Whitney Houston – Janelle Monae should play her young version

Oprah Winfrey – Naomi Harris can play her

Denzel Washington – John Boyega can play his young version

Amy Winehouse – I don’t know who should play her

Taron Egerton (Rocketman) for best actor. Charlize Theron looks great in Bombshell teaser

Count me in this boat as well. Monae as Houston would be a stroke of genius. Also, Whitney died young enough for Monae to portray her at all ages.

Nick Offerman as Theodore Roosevelt comes to mind for me.

There’s also potential in a Chiang Kai-Shek/ Mao Tse Tsung biopic. Not sure who I’d cast though.

A biopic about the Trưng sisters would be cool, but it wouldn’t be financially feasible because China would definitely resent it.

Edit: There’s a part of me that would also like to see a satirical Andrew Johnson biopic. Steve Martin stars, and someone like Armando Ianucci writes/directs.

John Wilkes Booth – Matthew McConaughey

Stevie Nicks – Jennifer Lawrence in her early to mid 30s maybe

Harriet Tubman (but she’s already getting one, finally)

Montgomery Clift (saw someone put him on here and thought what a great idea)

    Michael Jordan

    Hillary Clinton

    Vincent Van Gogh

    Arethra Franklin

    Bob Marley

    Mother Teresa

Anyone that can finally get Angela Bassett her much deserved Oscar

Kevin Spacey – Christopher Plummer (I couldn’t help it, saw the opportunity and took it)

Clara Luper. She may be a local heroine, but I think her story could make an interesting movie.
