A biographical film about Cher is in the works at Universal Pictures. Eric Roth, the Oscar-winning screenwriter behind Forrest Gump, is writing the script. Cher herself is producing this project alongside Judy Craymer and Gary Goetzman, the producers of the Mamma Mia! films.

ReplyCopy URLMay 19, 2021 at 6:10 pm #1204262451A Cher biopic would work better as a miniseries. But nevertheless this film better be a campy glitzy gay ‘ol time. Bob Mackie needs to do the costumes. They’ll probably cast an unknown in the lead role.

Beat me to it. Agree 1000000%.
In regards to casting: I hope we can get Block back 🙂
