I second the Michelle Pfeiffer mention.

    Will Smith

Lol Will Smith is too bankable to ever truly disappear or need a “come back”.

He literally JUST announced Bad Boys 4 alongside Martin Lawrence a few hours ago

J-Lo. I think she is an awful actress but she had and still has an incredible look. And she always looks in the greatest shape

I enjoy her movies, even though they’re not Oscar caliber.
She’s terrific in Out of Sight and Selena.
    She’s doing fine.

Really hope Lindsay books another good production too, I’m curious about how she’d do. I think coming back with these Hallmark romcoms (but with Netflix backing) wasn’t a bad idea because she still gets top billing in a more soft way (in terms of reception) and gets to show studios she’s reliable/professional but she needs to start looking for other stuff – even if just supporting – if she wants her career to go somewhere soon.

I think she can have a “true comeback” / land a great role even when she’s much older as she will always have that narrative attached to her name anyway, but she’s still so young, it’d be nice to see her make up for “lost time” with more diverse stuff.

I rescind this remark. She’s a good actress who constantly shows up in bad movies.

I agree, being the best thing in a low stakes mid-tier movie was a very smart way for her to dip her toe back into the acting game. Already the idea of her working her way back to prestige/big budget projects feels less absurd considering the groundwork she’s laid.

I’m also feeling like Sarah Michelle Gellar is being very smart about her comeback. Starting out with small supporting/cameo rolls in projects of a similar genre to her biggest hits is a smart way to re-introduce her to the public without actually asking too much of her. Now she’s getting to do a ton of press and remind everyone what a charming celebrity she can be without actually having to burden much blame for if any of her projects fail. I bet she’s leading a prestige TV series within the next couple of years.

Wouldn’t mind seeing Brandon Routh working in better films. He deserves another chance.

I read comeback and thought someone we havent seen in a very long time outside of ‘The Masked Singer’: Linda Blair. Exorcist reboot incoming. Time for the return of the OG Devil Child

I’d find it interesting seeing Blair in another high profile film. An Exorcist reboot would be a brave remake.
