Sandra Bullock did DICK in Gravity to earn her an Oscar nomination, especially when you had other great performances from Emma Thompson and Julie Delpy that were snubbed.

To me Sandra Bullock was better in Gravity than she was in The Blind Side

Bullock have been better in 95% of the projects she’s ever been involved in than Blind Side

Frances McDormand was offensive in 3 Shitboards.

Sally Hawkins was disgusting in the worst BP winner ever.

    Hysterical Collette in Hystereditary.

    Bore Close in The Wife.

    Diarrheami Malek in Bohemian Tragedy.

    Drunk Rockwell in 3 Shitboards.

    And many others….

I was your Prime Minister once.

    Patricia Arquette in Boringhood
Christian Bale and Melissa Leo in The Fighter, a masterclass in overacting
    Christian Bale in Vice
Jessica Chastain in…..everything she’s done except for The Help
Mahershala Ali in Moonlight, not a bad performance to be sure but highly overrated

The Oscar needs to get rid of the preferential ballot so it can name a deserving movie as Best Picture again.

Cate Blanchett in Blue Jasmine. THE most overrated performance of all time. Her brief scene on the park bench at the end was really good, but in the rest of the movie, she was…just there.

Meryl Streep in The Iron Lady. A horrendous caricature.

Philip Seymour Hoffman in Capote. Joaquin Phoenix was amazing in Walk The Line.

Cate Blanchett in I’m Not There. WTF was that. By far her worst nomination.

Jodie Foster in “The Silence of the Lambs”. Nothing worthy of acclaim or Oscar nom, let alone a win.
