Actually Helen Hunt in AGAIG is pretty underrated if you ask me.Even though she won the oscar her performance is hated in here and idk why, she was charming.

People wanted Judi Dench to win, and I think that’s also part of the reason why she surprised next year for Shakespeare in Love.

Her win is the equivalent to the most recent best actor winner, both are the worst ever.

Well I don’t know about winning because I’ve only seen her and Kate from that lineup (Helen gets it) but comparing her performance with Rami’s….kinda disrespectful.I guess people in Goldderby doesn’t appreciate comedic performances, that’s fine I also enjoy Cate Blanchett films.

The other day I was thinking about his chances returning to any awards for the final season of Mr Robot and I still had the impression he was simply 2 time Globe nominee lol and then I realised he had an Oscar.

I don’t actually hate it, but I can’t stand the crazy praise given to Anne Hathaway for playing Fantine in Les Misérables. It was a role notable only for five minutes of blustering bombast and I can’t see how they’d think it was preferable to the fascinating enigma of Peggy Dodd captured by Amy Adams in The Master.

Glenn Close in just about everything, but especially The Wife.

Daniel Day-Lewis is a deeply self indulgent actor and is a bore to watch on screen.  He’s certainly been realistic, but I’m not sure I’ve ever found him to be interesting to watch.

Despise is a strong word but Larson’s performance in Room gets worse and less nuanced every time I rewatch the film.
