Most recent one was Regina King in If Beale Street Could Talk (she was nominated for neither award, although I suspect she’d have won SAG if she’d been nominated there). Before that you have to go back to George Clooney in Syriana (2005), Sean Penn in Mystic River (2003), Adrien Brody in The Pianist (2002), Chris Cooper in Adaptation (2002), Denzel Washington in Training Day (2001), Jim Broadbent in Iris (2001)*, Russell Crowe in Gladiator (2000) and Marcia Gay Harden in Pollock (2000). The awards are a lot more homogeneous these days; even this year when there were no televised sweeps for the first time in 20 years, SAG matched 4/4 with Oscar.

* Broadbent was nominated in lead at BAFTA for Iris and won supporting there for Moulin Rouge!

I was going to ask what you mean by “recent years,” but looks as if Orestes covers them. I think he’s got them all.
Not sure but I think you have to go back to Braveheart. Something weird happened there.
