Throught the years many directors have seen their movies being nominated for Best Picture of the Year, but their contribution were totally snubbed. On those specific cases this was completely injust…

    1. Steven Spielberg, “The Color Purple” (instead of Peter Weir, “Witness”)

    2. Barbra Streisand, “The Prince of Tides” (instead of Barry Levinson, “Bugsy”)

    3. Joe Wright, “Atonement” (instead of Tony Gilroy, “Michael Clayton”)

    4. Damien Chazelle, “Whiplash” (instead of Morten Tyldum, “The Imitation Game”)

    5. Christopher Nolan, “Inception” (instead of David O. Russel, “The Fighter”)
