Release date change: Dune 2 pushed back to November 17, 2023.
Your move, Trolls 3, Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, and Imaginary Friends…because all of these are slated for that November 2023 date.

July 18, 2022 at 10:55 pm #1205018915I don’t see this one doing much better in the box office that the first one, considering the borefest that was. And people thought it was gonna rival LOTR lol. Villeneuve is just not suited for this kind of movie

He is good(maybe even great) but his style seems too boring for The General Public. He is a little Overrated. I thought 2049 was very inferior to the original BLADE RUNNER

I don’t see the LOTR comparison. Totally different. It’s more similar to Star Wars 4, 5 and 6. But with a more boring style. It seems Villeneuve tries to copy Ridley Scott, Nolan and Michael Mann Movie Styles

People here were swearing up and down that Dune would flop into oblivion and be never considered for the Oscars 😭 The antis in here are gonna eat their words again.

Ambika ModJuly 19, 2022 at 1:58 pm #1205019469We will see. I’m not a hater. I’m a fan. I like Dune 1. But the movie and its director are Overrated. I don’t see the Return of the King comparisons. It’s closer to Star Wars 4, 5 and 6
ReplyCopy URLOctober 12, 2022 at 9:11 am #1205116476There was audio from a couple days ago of Christopher Walken in Trump’s latest bizarre video suggesting he’ll run in 2024 and tear the S outta everybody who’s messed with him: https://mediaite.Com/a/lpjoa
The Walken monologue came from a 2002 film, Poolhall Junkies. The video was produced by United Spot, a website dealing in racist stereotypes (example: https://truthsocial.Com/@theunitedspot/posts/109136356423498450
Do I smell a copyright infringement lawsuit by the movie’s studio? Did Walken even know his voice would be used this way?

Wonder when we’ll get a first look for this…they did it in April 2020 when the first was still scheduled for that December. Wouldn’t be surprised to at least get some first images in the next few weeks…maybe after the New Year?
