HFPA and BAFTA might award Fincher but Chloe will win CC, DGA, and Oscar no matter what happens.

For the first time, I was actually proud of the Academy voters. They showed taste. (Which is something you don’t usually see at the Oscars)

The Academy going against DGA was the most impressive thing about Bong Joon-Ho win.

It would look so freaking bad if they did it. I hope they won’t be this dumb and tone-deaf.

My biggest disappointment was DGA. HFPA ? They can be basic and stupid. BAFTA ? Mendes is British so whatever

But I really expected the directors to finally wake the fuck up and realize Bong was the real deal

My god I’m so happy AMPAS ultimately made the right decision. Truly an historic Oscar moment

This is why we should believe in Zhao until the end even if she gets fucked over by all the precursors

It would look so freaking bad if they did it especially this year. I hope they won’t be this dumb and tone-deaf.

I mean..it’s the HFPA. Would we really be that surprised?!

Bong would probably had won DGA if the season wasn’t so short.

The funny thing about last year’s DGA race was that the Critic’s Choice were the only ones who got it right. To be fair, they cheated by giving Mendes and Bong the tie, but they were still the only ones.
