Consider the following. If there was NO Best Actor or Best Actress, simply Best Actor (in the gender neutral connotation of the word “actor”), from the current decade, which actor would you award it to?

Well this may sound sexist (and probably why they split them) but most years the men have the better roles.

From this decade I’d go with all the Best Actor winners except Streep over Dujardan and Blanchett over McConaughey. (and maybe Emma Stone over Casey Affleck.)
