    Of the options here, Scorsese.

Not limited to this list, Spielberg.

    I voted for Scorsese.

Personally, for the list I would have changed Ari Aster for Robert Eggers.

No disrespect to Peele and Gerwig but they have only directed 2 films yet… That’s not enough to judge their talent as directors, I’m sorry. I don’t understand what they are doing in this list.

Well, both have a distinctive style and already built a fair amount of followers. I’m sure people will remember their work when they think about this decade.

So impressive that with only 2 films Greta has shown more talent as a director than multiple names on this list.

    I voted for Scorsese.

Considering 21st century alone, Anderson has surpassed Scorsese in my opinion, so I voted for Anderson. In terms of entire careers, of course Scorsese is the greatest on the list, but as his is so much longer than the others’ it isn’t really fair to compare as such.

Silence is a greater movie than anything those other lessers did in their entire careers.

I do like Villeneuve tho (especially Arrival).

Most of PTA’s movies are a giant snoozefests.
