Gaga is now the 54 most popular person on IMDB. She never ranked so high there because only actors perform well in their ranks, not singers. Not even in the ASIB era, she was that high, I believe

This is huge. It still hasn’t been released in many big markets like Australia, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Italy

He’s right and he should say it. Haven’t seen Colman, Haim and Chastain but all the other actresses delivered incredible performances (especially Reinsve and Comer) that were far superior to Gaga’s. It’s funny that one of the arguments to praise Gaga’s performance is that she saved the movie. Well, no, she did not. Even great performances can’t always save a movie (talking about Stewart here), OK performances even less.

Its very likely Gaga will hit all the televised precursors, including BAFTA

and she’s win competitive for the SAG’s, if she win that if may very well take the oscar

If she hits BAFTA it will be huge for her

idk a lot about the BAFTAs but the movie’s huge success in the UK has to at least put it on their radar.

Judging from the fact that it’s already made nearly $70M ww in two weeks, $100M is def happening. The real question is how much can it make past that. $110? $120?

Well it’s already just 7M$ short of covering its budget. Ridley must be very pleased. Most movies are in the red these days.

Less than two weeks. It was released on November 24. Barely 10 days ago.

and it still hasn’t hit a bunch of big territories…

i think it can make 200m theatrical when all is said and done. It’ll make double that on streaming. Maybe 500m Total?

Hopefully the streaming services it’s going to releases the numbers so they can further push the “only successful drama” narrative.

I can bet HOG will cross 200M by the end of December since the movie has scored nearly 70M in two weeks. I hope Gaga wins an oscar for her performance.

$200m is a stretch, I believe, as things are going to slow down soon. However, $150m may not be out of reach once the movie gets its release in more territories.
