Thanks, very nice from you. And viceversa: you and the too often absent @GusCruz are the most authentic and rigorous art film lovers here and your opinions are much needed!

    Of course.

I miss Gus, as well, but I remember a comment he posted once about not being too happy with the level of discourse on GoldDerby these days.

Gus, if you’re reading this: hope all is well!

No Joaquin in The Master? Not even Rooney Mara made it to the list. This is a joke.

Let’s be real. Lady Gaga deserved the Oscar for Best Actress and, of course, she should have been in the Top 10.

    I serve the tea (politely)

To be honest, this list doesn’t show the best acting performances of the decade. So disappointing.

    Acting teacher.

This is the stupidest list I have ever seen in my entire life.

Mahershala Ali is the least deserved Oscar winner of all time for Moonlight. That performance is nothing, NOTHING. Paris Hilton would have been able to do it.

Same for Yalitza Aparicio for Roma. BORING.

Saoirse Ronan was better in Brooklyn. Just okay in Lady Bird.

Where’s mother fu***** Amy Adams for at least The Master or Arrival?!

Lupita Nyongo is overrated as fu**.

Cate Blanchette was better in Blue Jasmine than Carol.

Jennifer Lawrence’s performance in Winter’s Bones and mother! was better than 3/4 of this list.

Olivia Colman in the Favourite is just simply incredible.

Sandra Bullock in Gravity. How can they missed it?!

Bradley Cooper for A Star is born.

    Jake Gyllenhaal for Nightcrawler.

Emily Blunt in A Quiet Place.

    Natalie Portman for Black Swan.

The list goes on and on.

James Franco? Tiffany Haddish? Kirsten Stewart? They were drunk.
