By far and away, for the last poll, you guys thought Jacob Tremblay was the runaway snub for Best Actor this year. Now, we’ll gear our attention to another acting category from this year and that is Best Supporting Actress which, like Best Actor, is pretty sparse.

From these options, my vote would go to Rose Byrne for Spy who did win Best Supporting Actress at the Utah Film Critics Association so people did pay attention. But how about you guys?

Allen for sure, though I loved Banks and Walters too.

    Jennifer Jason Leigh for ‘Anomalisa’.

    Didn’t see ‘James White’ yet.

Best comedic character actress working today: Rose Byrne. Sooner or later, she’ll get her due.

Mamie Gummer gave in “Ricki and the Flash” such a wonderful an underrated performance!! Her career’s best (I know, that’s easy but still a fact).

I watched Tangerine last December and I am still trying to understand all this love for Mya Taylor. She did absolutely nothing award worthy.

Elizabeth Banks in Love & Mercy is one of my favorite performances of the year. If the movie had come out later in the year, I’m sure we would have seen a couple of nominations.

Not sure about that. I’d like to think Dano and Banks would’ve somehow made it in but who would they have replaced?

In this perfect world, I think Dano would have campaigned as lead and could push out Damon. If he were still in Supporting, I think he would push out Ruffalo.

Banks would’ve probably pushed out McAdams or, likely, JJL.
