Lead or Supporting No. 32: Leonardo DiCaprio in The Departed

Welcome back to another round of Lead or Supporting. This time we have Leonardo DiCaprio and his amazing work in The Departed. I truly believe he would have gotten a Best Actor nomination for this instead of Blood Diamond if Blood Diamond was not released the same year, but because they were he was nominated in supporting at a couple of awards bodies most notably the SAG Awards. What do you all think lead or Supporting. He is obviously lead to me, no if and or buts about it and I actually prefer this performance than his performance in Blood Diamond that got him the nomination.
