Tiffany Haddish will be an Oscar nominee, and possible winner, for at least of The Kitchen or the film she is making with Paul Thomas Anderson.

Melissa McCarthy will win an Oscar.

Kathryn Hahn will eventually be “discovered” and become the next big actress to break out late, she’ll get many Oscar nominations in her career.

Elisabeth Moss will win an Oscar.

Saorsie Ronan becomes the next Meryl Streep, Timothee Chalamet the next Daniel Day- Lewis, Lucas Hedges the next Tom Hanks

Octavia Spencer will finally get a role that shows off her chops in a movie the academy liked and will win a second Oscar, this time deserving, and in lead.

Jim Carey will win a career Oscar when he comes back.

Before the Oscars turns 100 in 2028,

Abbie Cornish will be the next Nicole Kidman — to score more Oscar nomination(s) every single year, with a win on her way. She was snubbed for a Best Actress nomination in ‘Bright Star’ in 2010.

Amy Adams will be the next Leonardo DiCaprio — to score an Oscar trophy after five times of earning nominations for such films as ‘American Hustle,’ the only one that earned her a Best Actress nomination. All the other films, including ‘Junebug,’ earned her Best Supporting Actress nominations.

Amy Adams and Sally Hawkins will win in Supporting.

Saoirse Ronan will win in Supporting before she’s 30 and will win again in Lead in her 40s.

Jessica Chastain will be nominated again soon and she’ll win for this nom. I suspect it will be in Lead.

Timothee Chalamet will win in Supporting before he’s 30.

Jake Gyllenhaal will be nominated in Lead and after this he’ll win in Supporting.

Emily Blunt will be nominated in Leading.

Christian Bale will win in Leading.

I think some of you are way too optimistic. If there is one prediction I want to get right, it’s this one: James Gray wins Best Director next year. I will be happy man.

Other than actors and actresses above, Diane Warren will be like Roger Deakins someday by receiving her first Academy Award in more than three decades. Let’s hope her tenth nomination will become her first winning streak.  Warren’s first nomination came out in 1988 with “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now,” which was taken from Starship’s second album ‘No Protection.’ It was also used in the ‘Mannequin’ soundtrack that starred Kim Cattrall from ‘Sex and the City.’

This is the one I am most sure of.

In the next 10 years Tom Hardy will win an Oscar.
