    Simon Russell Beale as Beria in The Death of Stalin. I mean yes the script is great but his performance is extremely good (as is the entire cast but his role is arguably the most ‘leading’ of the film).

    Then both leads in Stan & Ollie.

    Also a lot of the performances being listed in this thread aren’t actually underrated. Missing Oscar nominations doesn’t equal underrated.
