I still think Tenet is going to get pushed back again.

Also wouldn’t be surprised to see Mulan go straight to PVOD.

It won’t, Disney have invested way too much into it already just to dump it

I feel like pretty much everything might get pushed back. They’re underestimating how long it’s gonna take to get people back to theaters.

I think Dune will also be delayed to 2021.

They are just buying time trying to see if Tenet can keep this 31 July date.

Most of (if not all) these releases will be pushed back.

People are NOT rushing back to the theater anytime soon. VOD is the future.

Bill and Ted slip into the WW84 old date and since there’s no Godzilla v. Kong, No Time to Die takes over their previous release date.

Mulan won’t go to VOD. Disney’s desperate for that sweet Chinese box office.

if theaters resume business, folks will surely rush in. People are already tired of Coronavirus and willing to move on with life, letting it to be a battle of fate. I hope Christopher Nolan saves the industry

Which it won’t get. We already saw how Warner Bros tried to get a Chinese box office hit with Crazy Rich Asians and we saw that bombed there.

I think all blockbusters need to be shelved. I don’t know about you guys but I doubt I’ll be risking myself for Tenet in a month and a half. I don’t think it’s enough time.

And I will definitely not risk myself for Wonder Woman, Black Widow and Mulan. At least one can have faith in Nolan. The people responsible for the other three have greatly disappointed us plenty of times before. So there’s no faith there.

However, I would pay for all four under normal circumstances. We are all willing to pay for these films. Just not right now.

But I do get how being the only film in theaters, and getting a bunch of half filled screens per theater instead of just 2 or 4 could do the trick. Or some kind of trick. But I can’t imagine it being enough.

    There goes July.

“Disney announced Mulan will be postponed by 4 weeks moving the release date from 7/24 to 8/21, still planned for theaters. With the South and West parts of the US not handling the pandemic well, July will now be a wasteland at multiplexes.”

So you would rather risk further infection and death by mass theaters reopening with no vaccines available for what exactky? A damn live-action remake of “Mulan”? Gain some priorities and a sense of decorum, please.
