Yes, haven’t they done well the 20 actors nominated at this year’s Oscars! But everyone has misfires along the way.

So what are your worst performances of this year’s nominees, or the worst films they’ve been in.

Of course, you could just list 20 random Stallone films and come up with nothing in comparison from anyone else, but still, let’s go for all 20.

Clearly Eddie Redmayne is the worst of this nominees, the rest is great. Not bad performances besides Redmayne. Maybe Rampling wasnt that impressive for me (she didnt have to do much in this film) but still good.

Not asking who your least favourite is, asking each actors worst performance/film throughout their career.

I’ve just realised I really need to see more bad movies. So I’ll leave this one up to others, while reminding everyone that Kate Winslet was in Movie 43.

Off the top of my head, based on the roles I have seen them in:

    Leonardo DiCaprio – J Edgar

Jennifer Lawrence – Like Crazy (she is possibly the best thing about it, but it still left me pretty darn cold)

Sylvester Stallone – Rocky (controversial, but true)

Kate Winslet – Contagion (still decent, but nowhere near her best)

Sticking to the actors I’ve seen in at least one memorably bad movie:

    Bryan Cranston – Total Recall

    Leonardo DiCaprio – J. Edgar
Michael Fassbender – Jonah Hex (this one still boggles my mind)

Cate Blanchett –  Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
Jennifer Lawrence- House at the End of the Street
Saoirse Ronan – The Lovely Bones

    Christian Bale – Terminator Salvation
Tom Hardy – This Means War
Sylvester Stallone – Spy Kids 3-D

Rooney Mara – Nightmare on Elm Street 2010
    Rachel McAdams – Sherlock Holmes
    Alicia Vikander – Seventh Son
Kate Winslet – The Life of David Gale

Mark Ruffalo – Foxcatcher. The whole film was a tenseless, mundane drag. Ruffalo I had high hopes for, but he was barely in it, and didn’t do anything in the few scenes he was in.

When your worst performance is Revolutionary Road, J. Edgar or The Hateful Eight it really means you are a good actor.

Michael Fassbender in The Counselor. I LOVE Michael Fassbender, but he kinda sleepwalked through this one.

Not asking who your least favourite is, asking each actors worst performance/film throughout their career.

Which is exactly the question I answered.
