Still reeling from the nominations but some fun facts…
1. Two sequels and one remake made it in Best Picture.
2. Only 4 actors out of 20 are repeat nominees. No previous nominee in Best Actor.
3. For the fifth year in a row, a movie mostly not in English language is in Best Picture.
4. Banshees and Everything Everywhere both got four acting nominees in.
5. John Williams has now been nominated in seven (8?) consecutive decades.
6. For the second year in a row, a Best Actress nominee that got none of the main precursors has showed up.Feel free to add more.
