No matter who wins , what I want is for Frances to show up to see her reactions.

This is what I keep coming back to and ultimately why I’m not predicting Viola. That said, I am playing Devil’s advocate because would give her the edge over at LEAST Day and Kirby, possibly McDormand too

Same Im starting to see a Day upset. Possibly Mulligan, even Frances.

    That didn’t help dear Emily…

But it did help regina since they gave the win to emily as opposed to someone who was nominated for an oscar.

I just put Andra Day winning Best Actress with Carey Mulligan as the runner up in my predictions

Portugal, Germany, Uk, Argentina, Italy… It’s amazing how distant we are in the whole world and how this special night has us rave together here! I don’t mean to be cheesy but this sharing really is something, beyond personal actress picks ❤

    Jodie Comer supremacy

    FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION:

Everything Everywhere All at Once in all categories
    Luca Guadagnino for Best Director
Martin McDonagh for Best Adapted Screenplay
Brendan Fraser, Colin Farrell for Best Leading Actor
Brendan Gleeson for Best Supporting Actor
Hong Chau for Best Supporting Actress

I believe Davis and Day will split votes plus MRBB did not get a best picture nomination. It is hard for me to believe both actor and actress would win from a movie not even nominated from the entire branch since all voters from the academy vote on best picture. PYW got a best picture nomination. That says something. It reminds me of when Sandra Bullock and the Blind Slide were nominated for best picture….support beyond the actors branch. The Help won two SAG acting but only one at Oscars. Dream Girls won two SAG acting awards but only one at Oscars. For me it comes down to two acting wins from a movie that did NOT get a Best Picture, Director, or Screenplay means Carey or even Francis is the favorite.
