Ammonite, The Assistant, Emma, Let Them All Talk, The Personal History of David Copperfield and True History of the Kelly Gang aren’t eligible either.
It’s more and more likely that Chicago 7 will be BP runner-up, so I think it’s winning WGA Original. Judas could win too if it gains momentum.
WGA Adapted is probably going to First Cow. I think they’ll go unconventional here like they did in 2018.

WGA doesn’t care about the Oscars. They literally awarded Eighth Grade, which was snubbed at the Oscars, over Green Book.
