    Colman is not winning SAG. I’m very confident of that. She’s 4th at best despite some folks here rooting for her to win over Glenn again.

    I’ll be really surprised if AFTRA awards Bakalova. This isn’t a thing.

    I thought Denzel won because the sexual harassment cases of Casey Affleck was circulating at that time? I don’t remember that award season very well.

    I thought Denzel won because the sexual harassment cases of Casey Affleck was circulating at that time? I don’t remember that award season very well.

    Affleck wasn’t affected by MeToo yet so yeah, Denzel won because he was overdue. But he’s still not comparable to Colman. He’s one of the most celebrated veterans in Hollywood, who already had two Oscars decades before but had never won SAG. It’s the only case of someone winning a SAG for being overdue I can remember.

    I think Colman would be overdue at SAG if her second film nomination there came 5 years after The Favourite.
