She did it twice and won once for a later entry.

I don’t think anyone can beat Kristen right now.

Kristen such a good actress the voice level the accent the walk Diana’s mannerisms the emotional display ya can’t nobody ever say Kristen can’t act. It takes a lot of acting skills to get all that down. She really deserves her front runner status gotta see Spencer in theaters wanna experience this performance on the big screen.

This category is so exciting this year! The fact that we already have so many great contenders and a TON of potential late breakers who could shake things up. Berry, Kidman, Gaga, Blanchett (if she’s lead), Haim, and maybe even Bullock are all waiting to jump into this race.

I really didn’t know much of anything about the Bullock film until today. This actually looks very promising. Based on a well received British mini-series, the directors last film, System Crashers, has a 90 on metacritic and 95 on Rotten. One of the people credited on the screenplay worked on Mindhunters, another Insomnia and the third The Town. All of this plus Bullock and Viola Davis. It’s strange that there hasn’t been much noise about this.

What worries me about The Unforgivable is the complete lack of promotion Netflix is giving it. No festivals, no trailers, nothing. Just a release date and a single still. And all this with less than a month until it releases in theaters. Netflix loves a good flash promotion, but everything else they’re releasing of its kind has gotten the ball rolling in a few different ways. Either it’s a dud and they know it, or it won’t be an awards play.

When a movie starring Sandra Bullock and Viola Davis isn’t sent to festivals and isn’t heavily promoted, all worries are justified, lol. It’s possible post-production took a while, but I dunno. Let’s see what the trailer gives us.

I’m so happy for her. Regardless of she wins or not, this movie is a game changer for her career and i bet it feels even sweeter now that she’s had time to decompress from the twilight mega fame. She can really enjoy this moment.
